FOCUSED Program

FOCUSED is a 6-weeks paid training program that combines job readiness and professional skill building. Participants will work Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM at a pay rate of $17/hr. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be advanced to SCG HR for job consideration and/or assisted by the Shelby County Office of Re-Entry to find outside employment.
